Within the past two days, there’s been a lot of news flying between both Chiodos and D.R.U.G.S. Lead singer Craig Owens (singer for D.R.U.G.S, ex-vocalist for Chiodos) tweeted yesterday, “‘Let’s do this’ – chiodos.net” which included a video of him with other members of Chiodos. This morning, Matt Good, Nick Martin, and Aaron Stern all announced their departure from D.R.U.G.S. You can view the statement from the members below. What do you guys thinks this means for D.R.U.G.S? What about Craig’s solo career?

After much thought and consideration we (Matt Good, Nick Martin and Aaron Stern) have decided to announce that we will be moving on from D.R.U.G.S. This decision has not been easy to make, and we want to express how grateful we are for all of you who have supported us and made this the incredible experience it has been over the past couple of years. We’ll always look back on our time in this band with pride, and have no regrets about the music we’ve made or the people we’ve made it with. We want to thank everyone who has believed in us, and we hope you’ll keep believing in us. Memphis May Fire have recently confirmed that their guitarist, Ryan Bentley, has left the band. You can read a statement from the band below.

He’s a talented individual and we have no doubt that he will be successful no matter where life leads him.
